Returns & Exchanges

You Have 30 Days

Most pairs can come back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Try them indoors first: a shoe walked on carpet comes back, a shoe walked on gravel does not. We ask for the original box and a pair unworn outdoors.

Starting the Return

1. Email hello@joomra-footwear.com with your order number and what went wrong.
2. We reply with return instructions inside 1–2 business days.
3. Repack the pair in its box, follow those instructions and send it off.

Getting Your Money Back

We check the parcel on arrival and refund to the card or account you paid with. Allow 5–7 business days from the day it reaches us.

Swapping Sizes

The most common return we handle and the easiest one. Tell us the size you want instead and we set up the exchange while that size is in stock. If you are not sure which size to ask for, read Sizing & Fit and send us your measurement.

Faulty or Damaged

Photograph it and write within 7 days of delivery. A separating sole, a blown seam, a strap torn at the anchor — we replace or refund, and it costs you nothing to put right.
