When your shoes leave us, how long they take and what that costs.
Allow 1–2 business days for us to pull the size, check the pair and hand it to the carrier. The confirmation email carries the tracking number and goes out as the parcel leaves — the same timeline whether it is one pair of flip flops or three pairs of trail runners.

The tracking link goes live on the carrier’s first scan, which can lag by up to 24 hours. An empty link the same evening is normal; an empty link the next afternoon is worth an email.
All 50 U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii and rural routes sit at the far end of the windows above, and occasionally a day past them.
